Jamiriya Da'wah Center Bangladesh

This centre takes time-appropriate steps against every form of shirk, bid'ah, cultural corruption, and the schemes and machinations of forces opposed to Islam, playing a special role in binding all of Bangladesh's Muslims — especially its religious scholars — together in unity and brotherhood through self-purification. It has branches in nearly every district and thana of Bangladesh. In keeping with this work, every Thursday after Maghrib at Jamia Islamia Obaidia's Jami Masjid, a special programme of Islahi talks, dhikr, and night vigil (shab-goja ri) is held under the special patronage of Allama Shah Salah Uddin Pir Sahib Nanupuri (may Allah preserve him), drawing devotees, those engaged in dhikr, and worshippers of every background from Nanupur. Each year, this centre also holds Islahi gatherings in major cities across the country, including Dhaka, Rajshahi, and Chattogram — special multi-day gatherings that draw huge crowds of thousands of devout Muslims.
