Everything needed for new and returning student admission
Admission Process
1. Application
Collect the Jamia's constitution, power-of-attorney form, and application form online or directly from the madrasa, and fill it out.
2. Entrance Exam
Sit the entrance exam on the scheduled date.
3. Results
Once exam results are published, the list of selected students will be announced.
4. Confirming Admission
Confirm admission within the given deadline by submitting the required documents and fees.
5. Room Placement
Once admission is confirmed, you may apply for a room.
6. Meal Arrangements
Once admission is confirmed, you may also apply for meal arrangements alongside your room.
Eligibility
Nurani & Maktab DepartmentAge: 5-8 years
Kitab DepartmentAge: 8-15 years; completion of the Nurani department or an equivalent qualification
Hifzul Qur'an DepartmentAge: 7-12 years; completion of the Nurani department or an equivalent qualification
Higher DepartmentsCompletion of the Kitab department or an equivalent qualification
Required Documents
- Photocopy of birth registration / national ID card
- 4 passport-size colour photographs
- Certificate/testimonial from the previous educational institution (if any)
- Photocopy of guardian's national ID card
- Full address and contact number
